四虎影院 Wellbeing Champion Network

As part of our whole University approach to health and wellbeing, we have a number of initiatives and interventions to actively support employees and develop a culture of wellbeing. One of these initiatives is a network of staff wellbeing champions from a wide range of departments and roles across the University. There is strong evidence to demonstrate these types of networks play a key role in supporting a culture of wellbeing.

Our SWCs play a vital role in helping us achieve our wellbeing aspirations. The purpose of the network is to promote and support a healthy culture by raising awareness around health and wellbeing activities and signposting to resources and support services.

Please do contact a wellbeing champion if you would like to chat something through and be signposted to internal and external support. While SWCs support their own departments more closely, you can contact a champion from any part of the University if you would prefer to talk to someone you don't know.
