Further study

Biology graduates pursue further study at master鈥檚 or PhD level to increase their knowledge of one of the branches studied during their degree, such as cancer therapeutics, applied plant ecology or neuroscience. A Biology degree opens doors to biological and biomedical research, science communication, healthcare, technology, environmental health and data analysis. Most graduate employers don't require specific degrees, valuing instead the skills you'll develop: planning, resilience, problem-solving and commercial awareness.
